What students should know
Policy
Xplor-Int requires a 10% non-refundable deposit of the total training price at booking. The total package cost must be paidin full 30 days prior to training. If due to an unforeseen event you should need to cancel your booking, you must do so in writing no less than 30 days prior to training.
Cancellations made in writing 30 days or more prior to training will receive a full refund minusthe deposit; if you cancel 29 days or less before training, you will receive 45% of your
payment back minus the deposit.
If we cancel the training for any reason, 100% of the deposit and package cost will be
refunded!
No cancellations will be accepted from client within 48hours of scheduled training.
CABINS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR TWO DAY ADVENTURE MOTORCYCLE TRAINING!
CABIN CANCELLATION POLICY:
CABINS: Any Cancellation will incur a $15.00 administrative fee. If you cancel less than two (2) weeks before your reservation but more than one (1) week, you will be charged for one nights stay. If you cancel less than one (1) week or give no notice at all you will forfeit all money.
ALL RENTAL UNITS: Any cancellation will incur a $35.00 administrative fee. If you cancel
less than two (2) weeks before your reservation or give no notice at all you will forfeit all
money.
Scheduling and Secondary Classes
Our Rider Training Schedules are set in the following manner. We operate at least four
training classes per month.
Dirt bike classes are usually the 1st and 2nd weekend of the month on Sunday thru-out the year.
ATV classes are usually the 1st and 2nd weekend of the month on Saturday thru-out the year.
ROVHA classes are usually the 3rd and 4th weekend of the month on Saturday thru-out the year.
Adventure classes are usually the 3rd and 4th weekend of the month thru-out the year.
Since our classes are typically sold out 30-60 days prior to commencement, last minute rescheduling are very difficult to replace.
Therefore, if you find it necessary to Rebook or Reschedule, the following policy is enforced:

Adventure motorcycle training two day event reschedule or rebooking private cabin fee $300.00

Adventure Motorcycle Rider Training Course rebooking fee $75.00

Dirt bike, (ASI) ATV, ROHVA, training reschedule or rebooking fee $75.00

DCNR ATV training reschedule or rebooking fee $25.00
What students should know
Students should get a good night's sleep prior to class.
Students that successfully complete a course will at a minimum receive an MSF DirtBike School completion card and the Tips and Practice Guide for the Off-Highway Motorcyclist booklet; riders under 16 will also receive the Parents, Youngsters and Off Highway Motorcycles booklet.
MSF Dirt Bike School Details
Length: 5-6 hours
Age: 6 years old - Adult.
Class Sizes:
Ages 6 - 11: Maximum of 4 students.
Ages 12 - 15: Maximum of 6 students.
Ages 16 and older: Maximum of 8 students.
Note: Ages 6 - 11 cannot be taught with other age groups except in family/group classes.
MSF Dirt Bike Course Length: 5-6 hours
ASI ATV S-Course Length: 2.5 hours
ROHVA UTV Course Length: 4-8 hours (1/2 - 1 day)
DCNR UTV Course Length: 3-4 hours (1/2 day)
Honda Adventure and Dual Sport Length: 6 Hours or 16 hours (2 days)
Dirt bike use available upon request.
Please allow enough time to be at the class on time, late arrivals will not be admitted and forfeit their tuition.
All students are required to bring a State Issued ID and major credit card for the damage deposit on the day of their rental. Authorized Damage Deposits are ONLY charged if damage occurs to dirt bikes while you are using the motorcycle. The damage deposit is refundable and is $250.00.
Student Rider has sole responsibility for the cost of repair, damages or replacement on loaner dirt bike.

Required to bring for all off-highway activities: DOT-rated full face helmet, jacket, long sleeve shirt, sturdy pants, gloves, eye protection, over-the-ankle boots (no sneakers, rubber boots). Plenty of water, lunch and snacks, camping chairs, are recommended for all seasons.

Our training environment is outdoors rain or shine. Our locations is on our farm, and also located in, local State and National Forests.

No refunds will be given for the termination of a participant for unsafe or inappropriate conduct.

Xplor-Int reserves the right to terminate the a student for unsafe or inappropriate conduct at any time and for any reason. Absolutely no alcohol, drugs, or firearms are permitted on any of our sites..
